Wifi going down frequently

I live in Ixelles. For the past 1 week, my wifi is getting disconnected frequently.

VOO says on their website that the appointments are kept, but that is not correct. They cancelled my appointment last minute on 19 March and told me "no appointments until further notice".

No internet or cable tv for a week
