VOO Internet Cancellation Request
Good morning, I am trying to terminate my VOO internet service however, I am unable to reach anyone that can assist in English. I'd like it cancelled immediately and to know where I can bring my equipment. My customer number should be annotated in my profile. Any assistance is appreciated.

Hi,
Normaly, you must call the 04 266 41 14, it's the only way to cancel a subscribtion, you must try several times to reach one person who can speek english..
Maybe, one official voo can help you but it's not garanted.
