Cancel my sim card subscription.

Hi good day to everyone, I've been trying and trying to call customer service to help me cancel my sim card subscription.. I keep on paying the bills that I'm not using. So can please someone help me to cancel it.

Been trying to cancel it for almost a year now since all of us are now with a different provider.. Keeps on billing me  18euro each month but no one is using it. We changed network due to moving to a new place.  That why I'm asking help to finish my sim card contract.

Its only a sum card subscription... We didn't have and smartphone.. But only a simcard with Internet. Please cancel my contract.. I don't want to pay unnecessary bills..life is full of bills already.. Charging me 18eu or 13 EU each month.. Is a big amount. Because no one is using it..

The situation 1yr ago. Since we move out of our old place. The TV, Internet.. The contract was cancelled but the simcard that my 8 Yrs old daughter is no longer using keeps on sending us a bill monthly. For 1 year I am paying it and no one is using it. Please just cancel our sim card contract.

The cancellation of the number can only be done through our customer service at 078/505050 (2 then 4 in the menu).

Note that few advisors speak English. Do not hesitate to have a French speaker by your side during the call.
