Cancel the internet subscription
Hello,
I would like to cancel the subscription on 31 October 2022 because I am leaving the country.
If I remember correct this is a combo of Internet, TV, mobile. I want to cancel all of them.
I have tried many times the previous days the phone number provided by your colleagues, but the line is not working.
Please confirm acceptance of my subscription cancellation request

I think this is the only way to cancel a subscription.

I called many times and I requested someone who would speak English.
However, there is no-one from the support team.

Hi @Charis ,
I would suggest you ask someone who speaks French to call on your behalf.
It is indeed the only way to cancel the subscription.

Hello guys and thanks for your quick responses.
@theo2007 I tried that with a friend of mine that speaks French, however we called so many many times and nobody was there. After 2 hours of attempts we gave up.
@Simon B I am going to add the customer number to my profile.

I have added the customer number.
Yes, I can confirm that 31st of October is the last day of using all of your products (mobile, Internet, TV) and I would like to cancel them that day.

That's strange, as I told you by private message, it wasn't mentioned. I added it.
I saw that the cancellation is already programmed for the internet and the television.
I will make the cancellation for the mobile at the end of the month 😊
