Cancellation of internet contract

Hello, 

I have called for a lot of times but unfortunately no English speaker available in your call center. Today, I received an invoice for the two first weeks of May. I need the internet connection until end of May and after that I want to disconnect. Please help me. Please call me back.

I can see that your contract has been cancelled today. 

 

Did you switch to another provider ? What is the reason of the cancellation ?

Hello Christophe, 

I will be moving to Luxembourg 1st June. I want the internet connection until 31st May. Could you please make the necessary arrangements for the disconnection end of May. Let me know where I need to send the Reuter.
