No internet or cable tv for a week

I have not had Internet or cable for 1 week.  I have tried rebooting & resetting the router and cable box several times, but nothing works.  I need a technician as soon as possible.

An appointment with a technician is indeed necessary. I see in your customer file that you have cancelled a first appointment, please keep it this time. I have scheduled one on 19th May between 8AM and 1PM, we can modify it if you aren't free.
