Delete mobile subscription

Hello,

I have been trying to close my subscription since June. I first asked to delete both internet and mobile subscription, and only internet was removed.

then I noticed that mobile subscription was still running and I called multiple times, from June to September, to delete it. 

everytime they tell it’s deleted but I keep receiving notification of payments. Moreover, when I don’t pay I receive additional costs for delay.

want to delete the subscription, this is becoming ridiculous. Today I had to pay >100 euro of service that I did not use.

please act as soon as possible or I will need to go through other routes.

I see that our services have cancelled your subscription as of 02/08.

 

I notice that this number has billings for the month of July. Unfortunately, I can't intervene in the billing for this period.

 

However, the colleague you spoke to at the beginning of August has issued a credit note so as not to bill you for the month of August. This amount of 16 euros will be deducted from your next (and last) mobile bill.
