Procedure to cancel voo internet contract

Hello,

I am leaving the country and want to cancel my voo internet subscription.

What is the procdure to cancel voo internet subscription?

I have tried calling  ​​04/2664114 multiple times but could not connect

Also i had requested callback using app (2-3 times) but still  not received any call on scheduled time.

Please do the needful as i will be leaving country in next month

I submitted the request last night. We should get back to you within 48 hours.

With the end of the year holidays, the dedicated service might be a bit late but you should hear from us by early January 2022 at the latest.

Yes, I received a call and they confirmed my subscription will be cancelled on 27 jan 2022. They yet to send email to me with router submission process.

Hello Gilles,

My voo subscription billing cycle is from 01-Nov to 30-Nov.  I have been charged and the advance monthly charge is paid.

I want to terminate service next week.

Will voo refund the money for 2 weeks on a pro rata basis.  How this process works?
