I want to cancel my TV subscription
Hi Team,
I have internet and tv subscription from VOO, I want to cancel my TV subscription.
I had contacted customer support multiple times but I still cannot cancel it

Hi @RCHAMOLI ,
In order to cancel your tv subscription, you must call 04/266.41.14.
It's no longer possible to do it thru the forum or 078/50 50 50.
Also, please make sure that the so-called "télédistribution" is cancelled as well, as cancelling the tv subscription does not automatically cancel the "télédistribution". Silly ? yes, but that's the way it is.

You can contact the dedicated service at 04/266.41.14.
@theo2007 , the termination of the decoder does not automatically lead to the termination of the TV since it is quite possible to keep the TV signal and scan the digital channels on the television directly or to opt for a digital TV card.
It is therefore important to be specific in the request.
