What is the status with internet in Ixelles

Hi @Ladbell , Don't panic, they have implemented some changes in myVOO and the bill will appear at some stage. Just to give an example, mine appeared on the 18th of December instead of the usual 8th or 9th of the month.

Customer service in English?

Hello @jagadeesh001, You mentioned your Customer number in public, I edited it for the safety of your private information.   As @theo2007 said : the only way to cancel a product/a contract is to call the cancelation service (04/266.41.14).
