I put the wrong communication code in my bank transfer

Hi I accidentally typed in the communication from my July bill when I did a bank transfer to pay August’s bill. What should I do?

Hi, i think you need juste to wait a lot, they will be able to link your bank transfert to your bill but that need some days.

If not yet done, putt your customer number in your forum profile, the official voo will look if there are problem or not.

Indeed, we will receive the payment as an overpayment, and it will be used to settle the invoice for August.
