Update of my contract
Hello,
If you don't mind, I need your help by Voo experts.
First please let me share my situation.
I requested the cancelation of TV subscription by phonecall.
TV box was returned by b-post and new contract was received by e-mail.
As I am living near Voo shop at Stockel, I submitted the contact to the shop directly instead of sending it by b-post.
If you don't mind, could you please confirm the status of the revision?
If I need to send it by b-post, I will send it again.

I can confirm that the agent in our shop did put the contract in your file.
There is no need for you to send it by bpost also :)

Your contract has been effective since 01/06.
I send an email to the dedicated service so that the update is made in your customer area.
I will come back to you as soon as I have confirmation that everything is in order.

Thank you for your reply.
As one of my concerns, there has been no change the cost on the invoice.
It was still required to pay the cost of Trio package in June although the contract has been effective on 1st of June.
it would be appreciated if you could take up this issue as well.

Your subscription changed to DUO NET SUPER RELAX + MOBILE on 09/06, changes are always made from the first of the following month, as the contract adapts on the first of each month.
This is why your June period is still billed on the TRIO contract.
I remain available.
