What is the status with internet in Ixelles
Hi
I was trying to get in contact with voo by phone but it’s completely impossible to get through on the English line.
what else should i do ?
After more than 30 hours there is still no internet connection from my home at Rue Franz Merjay.
Can anybody tell me the status of it ?

Last Friday all day offline and I work from home! Damn shame. And the bill keeps increasing.
I came here from 3rd world but I feel right at home 😁 But at least there I had (cheaper)fiber, here its next century tech LOL still sitting on 400mbps mega-turbo VOO.

If you live in Bruxelles, the new "giga max" subscriptions allow 1000/50 Mbps for virtually the same price as the old "max" with only 400 Mbps.
