No internet connection

Good evening, I’ve been facing a problem with my internet connection since yesterday evening. The "@" light keeps blinking in red. I checked the connection and restarted the modem several times. This channel is only available in Brussels (and maybe in Fourons) and doesn't have any tv guide by Voo. (VTM Gold has the same issue…) As @roylion15 said, all you have to do is to do a manual recording based on the guide provided by VTM.

Vtm life

We now have VTM Life which is great. However, it doesn't seem possible to record a specific programme. Will this change? I don't want to record VTM Life from 00.00-00.00 just to see a film of 90 minutes!

Horrible connection speed on Gigabit internet

Intermittent internet

Despite checking the cables and restarting the modem several times, my internet has been turning off and on for the last week. My modem is the technicolour CGA and we have had it for almost 4 years. Could the modem be the problem?

Home connection in Arlon - Again

Now it's recurrent, everyday there's a connection problem at my house. During the weekend, when it worked, the speed was 30.3Mbps /10.4Mbps. Tee contracted speed is 200mbps... I'm thinking on changing the provider because this is really bad service.

No , you need to be an enterprise for WIN.BE ( VOO pro subscriptions )But it's the same modem... It must be bridged and you need to install your own network devices... But you can obtain more public IPs. It's also a lot more expensive .

Private wifi can not connect to LAN

Hey, is it normal I can not connect from a wifi connected device to my NAS connected on the Technicolor router via LAN ? I would expect Guest network is not able to connect to LAN, but my own 2.4 or 5 G networks can, although it doesn't seem to be the case. Is it configurable in the settings ? Kind

speed available at my address

hello, in myVOO application under my products it is displayed that at my address the speed available is 1000/50 Mbps, however the speed I get is 500/20 Mbps. is the information wrong on myVOO or there is something with my installation? thank you. Alex

Unstable connection since January

My connection is unstable since January and lately I have to restart the modem twice a day. It’s impacting my work during meetings etc. I need a proper fix please.
