Unstable connection since January

My connection is unstable since January and lately I have to restart the modem twice a day.

It’s impacting my work during meetings etc.

I need a proper fix please.

I see that the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz wifi networks are currently combined into one. I have just separated them. It is recommended to use the 2.4 GHz for devices that do not stay constantly within 10 meters of the modem, in the same room.

I've just checked your line and, apart from your modem restarts, I don't notice any loss of signal or instability.

 

Are your connection problems only via Wifi or also via cable? Are all your devices disconnected at the same time?

Yes only using WiFi. I didn’t test the device connected to the cable.

This week I’ve got poor connections while on Teams meetings. I had to reconnect to the work VPN several times due to the same issue.
How many devices do you see connected?

Right now, I see only one device connected.

The question would be to know if, when the poor connection occurs, it occurs on all devices or if it is only on your work laptop. Is it the same issue whether you are close or far from the modem ?

I did another test today and it seems to be only on WiFi. The TV connected directly works fine while three devices via WiFi are connected but don’t load any page
