No internet connection
Good evening,
I’ve been facing a problem with my internet connection since yesterday evening. The "@" light keeps blinking in red. I checked the connection and restarted the modem several times. Please assist with fixing this issue at the earliest. I live in Neufville.

Hi,
If you can phone to 078/50 50 50 and if a issue is know, you will eard a message.
It is to late today to have somebody from voo (both by phone or on the forum), but if not yet done putt your customer number in your profile the forum officials will check your line tomorow.

I see you already made the tests required on your side and that other users in your street are connected with no issue.
It is better to send a technician.
He can come during the week in the morning (8-13 H) or in the afternoon (13-17 H), please make sure to be present (you or another adult) or the technician will charge you €50 for a missed appointment.
