Les chaines de mon bouquet Family Fun ne sont plus disponibles

Bonjour, depuis hier les chaines faisant parties du family fun ne sont plus disponibles. Le message "s'abonner à cette chaîne" apparaît. J'ai éteint et rallumé la box plusieurs fois. J'ai vérifié les branchements. J'ai regardé sur "my voo" et l'option est toujours bien activée. Help :)

Pareil chez nous, plusieurs chaînes affichent ce message pour les émissions passées. J'ai tel au Help Desk, ils allaient mettre à jour le modem mais cela n'a rien changé.
