Hi all, I just moved into a new apartment and see the Voo box in the internet closet with the cable available for the modem. I've just ordered internet from Voo. Will I need an engineer or can I just plug and play the modem myself when it arrives? Thanks,

want to cancel contract but expecting documentation

I want to cancel my contract as we are travelling from Belgium and we are vacating the current house. But VOO ask for proof. why is it required to provide that? we are cancelling after 3 years. we tried multiple times but didnt receive any help.

VOO modem issues (No DHCP, No Internet)

I have a random occurring issues with my VOO modern, 1) The first is where all connected devices are disconnected from the network (both LAN and WiFi). When checking my mobile's WiFi I can see that the phone is unable to get an IP address from DHCP. This is resolved by re-starting the VOO modem.

Very high latency and jitter on upload

Is it normal to have such a high latency and jitter number on my internet line for the past few weeks/months? Download is acceptable but not perfect, but when anything gets uploaded, the numbers are huge and it is felt with only 1 connected internet device in use.

Internet outage Waterloo
