VOO modem issues (No DHCP, No Internet)

I have a random occurring issues with my VOO modern, 
1) The first is where all connected devices are disconnected from the network (both LAN and WiFi). When checking my mobile's WiFi I can see that the phone is unable to get an IP address from DHCP. This is resolved by re-starting the VOO modem.
2) The second is when devices can connect but don't have access to the internet. This normally resolves itself in anywhere between 2mins and 5 mins, longer than that I will go and re-start the VOO modem.
I logged onto the VOO modem and saw this today when after it happened

Hello! I had the same problem a few days ago, a replacement of the Modem was beneficial to me, so see to make a replacement of this one.

We can try to replace your VOO modem free of charge.

Two solutions are available to you :
  - through the passage of a technician,
  - via a UPS relay point.

What would you prefer?
