Moving out: how to transfer the internet contract to the new locataire?

Hello.

I rented a flat and had a contract for internet (illimited GB) with Voo for 2 years.

On the 1st of May 2020, I am moving out. The new tenant (new locataire) wants to take my contract. What document do I need to fill-in? Is it possible to do it online?

Thank you!

Hello @AndreaCastag ,

You can submit a contract transfer request in different ways :

  1) By completing this document ( https://assistance.voo.be/content/dam/voo/support/documents/cession_contrat_fr_voo_sa.pdf ) and attaching a photocopy of the two identity cards to this postal address (or Fax it) : PB 80000 - Gosselies Post Office - 6041 Gosselies (Fax: 071/96.71.55).

  2) By completing our online form ( https://form.voo.be/en?isAnonymous=true&reason=Administration&motive=UserDetails - for "Category of contact" choose "Administrative", and for "Reason for contact" choose "Changing my personal data") and attaching a copy of the two identity cards in the "Attach a document" section.

I remain available :)

Have a nice day!
