Want to Cancel my Registration
My Installation is scheduled on 8th August 2022. But I changed my mind and don't want to continue with the installation.
Tried many times to call customer support but couldn't connect.
Could you please cancel my appointment on August 8th?

I just notified the tech team, they should contact the technician to cancel very quickly.

Hi,
First of all, you should delete your customer number from your message. It is a private information that should not be disclosed and it should only appear in your profile. To edit your message, clic on the three dots on the upper right corner of your text and clic on "modifier".
Then, there is no official available today (sunday) on the forum and the only way to try to cancel the installation is to call the 078/50.50.50
