Internet outage Waterloo

This morning my routine started as usual and then just after 9AM, my internet dropped.

It's almost 2hrs and the VOO modem is still trying to connect. And, yes the modem has been restarted.

If any VOO person looking at this could assist with a time to fix the problem?

Well, it's back now...

As usual, no explanation and calling their support desk also didn't help.

It would be great to speak to a human, but I may be asking for to much nowadays.

Pity.

Sorry for the delay. Our Forum is not the most "direct" way to contact us if you need quick information.
But, I see that you called our call center, you must have had an informative voice message (indeed, this kind of communication is automated, knowing that the information on the breakdown and the probable delay of disruptions is announced directly. This facilitates communication).
