Connection issues getting temporarily slow

I’m lately having issues with my connection which makes my work VPN fail as well as my Teams meetings getting disconnected in the middle of the presentation due to poor signal.

When I watch a film that I have put on My Selection and stop the film for 5/10 minutes to make myself a cup of coffee when I resume the film it starts from the beginning and not where I left off. Very annoying. I hope somebody has an answer. I am very pleased with the service of VOO

voo films to rent

Hello Everybody, I would like to rent a film from the VOO catalogue and I don't know how to find out if the film is broadcast in English. When I look at the "bande d'annouce" it is always in French. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I have had issues lately while going abroad and while my data plan is activated and roaming, I am unable to access it while outside of Belgium. Does anyone know if this is connected to the added plan 'to Europe plan'? Thank you!

Hello, We have a number of disconnections all day. We restarted, resetted the modem but problem not solved. All the lights on the router are green and not flickering

No, the issue is still there. < 4mbps right now. This morning it was 70 and each hour it went down.  I have unplugged and replugged modem .

I can not connect to my company VPN since last week.

Hi, since last week i can no longer connect to my company VPN. I am connected to the VOO router via LAN cable. My companies IT department has reviewed and all my computer settings are OK and the VPN server is up. So then we disconnect the LAN cable to the VOO network and tried via mobile network (4G

I have a random occurring issues with my VOO modern, 1) The first is where all connected devices are disconnected from the network (both LAN and WiFi). When checking my mobile's WiFi I can see that the phone is unable to get an IP address from DHCP. This is resolved by re-starting the VOO modem.2) T
