Issues accessing data plan while abroad

Hello, 

I have had issues lately while going abroad and while my data plan is activated and roaming, I am unable to access it while outside of Belgium. 

Does anyone know if this is connected to the added plan 'to Europe plan'?

This is normally irrelevant :)

Could you please test the following manipulation before your next trip abroad?

 

- Go to the "Simtoolkit" application
- Choose "VOO sim card".
- Choose "region".
- Choose "global"
