slow connection < 2mps!

I see event log error - 

have rebooted modem - since yesterday -

issues now worse

Hello,

 

There are many signal weaknesses on your modem for the last few days (since the 13th of January). I'd suggest you check if the coaxial cable between your modem and the device on your wall (NIU) is well plugged, and if the cable is in a good state.

 

If that's the case, we'll need to send a techncian to improve the signal.

I checked everything a few times.  The cable is well plugged.  SOmetimes I will get 40mps for a short time after unplugging/replugging it back in and then it goes down to < 2 mps again from the speedtest.  Can you please send a service person or perhaps it's the model that needs to be replaced?  What do I do to make this happen? thank you

I see that you called or callcenter, and a technician came today. He sent a feedback about an issue on the network, that is being investigated.

No, the issue is still there.  < 4mbps right now.

This morning it was 70 and each hour it went down.  I have unplugged and replugged modem .
