Hello,
There are many signal weaknesses on your modem for the last few days (since the 13th of January). I'd suggest you check if the coaxial cable between your modem and the device on your wall (NIU) is well plugged, and if the cable is in a good state.
If that's the case, we'll need to send a techncian to improve the signal.
