No internet connection in Rue Colonel Bourg Evere

There is no internet connection since 10:45 am. i have tried restart, reconnect multiple times. I tried reaching customer call but they were cut the call because my French is not good.

Receive Error Code 1001 when attempting to install my VOO Evasion box to my TV

When I connect the cable to my TV and start it I receive the error code 1001. Looking on the website it doesn't list this code any where. I also cannot find instructions for how to connect the evasion box to my TV. When we manually scan for TV channels all we get is static.

Horrible connection speed on Gigabit internet

Installed the 1 Gbs but I have only 400 Mbs

Hello , Recently I installed the 1Gbs option, it was activated last week, and immediately I could measure speeds as 710 Mbs max. This week the installer came in order to upgrade the modem and since than, with the new Technicolor modem, I can barely arrive at 350-400 Mbs. I am in Woluwe Saint Pi

Box évasion très très lente

Depuis plusieurs jours (voir semaines) je rencontre un réel problème de lenteur avec la box évasion. Elle ne réagit pas trop à la télécommande (que j'ai réinitialisé) ou c'est très très lent.

Gigamax - how many people actually achieve it ?

Internet not working

My internet stopped working about 10 days ago but I have been away and came back today to find it still not working. I am able to connect to the modem but the modem is not connecting to the internet at all. HELP PLEASE.

Internet not working

The internet connection is not working since this afternoon. I have the red light (@) flashing. I tried to disconnect and reconnect the cables multiple times and to restart the modem 3 times with the same result. Is there a problem in my area or with my connection?
