SIM Card delivery

It' been 2 months that I have not received SIM card, there are many tickets submitted for this but still it is very challenging to get SIM Card

Hi,

If not yet done, put your customer number in your forum profile to get hepl from the officials voo.

If you have more than one sim card, give then the end of the number who is concerned.

Indeed I am hearing same statement from past 40 days that end of Friday you will send one more SIM Card.  I did not yet received, can you make sure to send me this time.

@jagadeesh001 It is sent every time, the issue seems to come from the format of the address. We need to send it one last time before analysing the issue in more depth.
