Internet not working

My internet stopped working about 10 days ago but I have been away and came back today to find it still not working. I am able to connect to the modem but the modem is not connecting to the internet at all.

HELP PLEASE.

Hello,

Please verify one thing :

normally you should have a Voo amplifier ( NIU )  , either directly fixed on the wall or plugged into the wall TV outlet , verify that it is powered on , a green Led must lit in front of it if power is OK.

Also, put your customer number in your forum profile so the Voo officials can access your file.

Thank you, I do have a Voo amplifier plugged into the wall and it is green.

I notice that your modem is online and that devices are connected to it, is the situation back in order ?

Thank you for your response. No things are not back in other.

My internet connects and drops.  The TV was able to connect yesterday and now none of my phones are able to connect to the internet.

I was only able to connect my TV after a WPS direct connection. None of my other devices are able to connect to the internet.
