I can't send you a document indicating that the cancellation was done in September because it was done in October. But I asked for the correction of the October invoice. You can therefore refuse the payment in zoomit :)

Salut j'ai Le même soucie que certain utilisateur voo, je suis venue de cher Belgacom il y 4 mois et j'ai reçue un modem qui n'a lui non plus du 5ghz j'ai déjà téléphoner au service client qui ma demander un payment de 50€ pour le changement du modem hors je trouve pas sa très correcte de plus dispo
