Invoice Payment

I'm saying I'm automatically paying my invoices from my bank account. Even if I have enought balance in my account that payments fails sometimes. After that I'm receiving penalty payment. I paid it several times but it still happens. I tried to pay from my voo page but also there is no pay button in my Voo page. I received another penalty this month.

Your mobile direct debit was automatically deactivated following a rejection by the bank last January. Can I restart it?

Yes, please activate and I have two questions.

1. There isn't pay button in my Voo application. How can I pay my bills now. 

2. Should I pay penalty which I received this month?

If I activate it, you will be automatically debited by your bank.

You don't have the pay button because our system still thinks that you have an automatic debit.

 

I have removed the €10 reminder fee.

Don't pay the 26€ manually, you'll be debited automatically within a few days because we've reactivated it 😊
