No access to any channel via my decoder/ TV. NO HELP VOO !!! HELP HELP HELP. I PAID 400 EURO LAST MONTH and TV DOESN'T WORK AND NO HELP ??? HOW TO CONTACT VOO BY MAIL PLEASE ? CAN SOMEBODY COME AND REPAIR MY TV SO I CAN HAVE ACCESS TO CHANNELS AGAIN. FOR WEEKS NO TV CHANNELS. DOESN'T RECOGINSE MY ABONNEE. WHAT TO DO? WHY DO I PAY IF NO HELP ?

If the problem persists, I recommend that you inform us of the situation and describe what you see on the screen (if there is an error code). 

Regarding the amount indicated in your message, I don't see any payment of €400 in your account statement. What are you referring to? 

Regarding the help obtained by VOO, I note that my colleagues have replied to you by email. If necessary, our technical department can be contacted by phone on 078/50.50.50 every day until 9.30pm.
