CAN SOMEBODY COME AND REPAIR MY TV SO I CAN HAVE ACCESS TO CHANNELS AGAIN. FOR WEEKS NO TV CHANNELS. DOESN'T RECOGINSE MY ABONNEE. WHAT TO DO? WHY DO I PAY IF NO HELP ?

Regarding the amount indicated in your message, I don't see any payment of €400 in your account statement. What are you referring to?
