Internet connection

Hi, i have terrible connection since the morning. I switched on and off my box, still no improvement. Is it because of the works of this morning? Any help?

Hello @Urszula, As you said@theo2007; the only way to cancel a contract, you must contact 04/266.41.14. This Customer Service is available from Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 1pm.

@cupcake20x12 and @Marcs , got it on number 155 but not allowed to watch it either. Only available in the Brussels area, according to the list I made reference to earlier on.

GIGA is available at my adress but my speed was not updated
