Which numer tried you ? the 04/266 41 14 ? This is the only number to call for cancel your subscription.
Unfortunately, there are few peopel who speek English, so it's possible that you need to try multiple time.
When do you leave Belgium ? In case of emergency, putt your customer number in your profile, maybe one official can help you.
There are no voo worker on the forum the sunday, and i think nobody to respond at 04/266 41 14 the sunday also.
