New contarct has not been received yet...

Hello, Bonjour, 

Please let me ask Voo experts about my issues.

I asked your colleague to get rid of the TV subscription from my subscription, meaning keep using my internet and my mobile.

 

Finally, I reached your colleague, and the TV box was sent back to Voo by B-post.

And, I forgot to put the remote controller in the package, I brought it to the Voo shop at Stockel.

1st question:

May I ask you to confirm if the return of the TV box was done correctly?

As I will be asked to pay the additional cost if the return is missing, I would like to confirm it.

(Sorry, as I am not sure how to confirm it, I will post it in the forum.)

2nd question:

In the e-mail from Voo, they attached the label for returning the TV box by B-post, in addition to this, they said that new contract would be sent to me by post.

Nevertheless, I have not received the new contract yet.

In my VOO, I confirmed that TV subscription was already removed from my subscription, but the invoiced fee has not been revised.

May I ask you to confirm if new contract is sent to me or not?

If not, could you arrange to re-send it?

It would be appreciated if you could confirm my situation.

(If possible, I would like to avoid phone call to 042664114. I asked them to plan the phone call with someone who can speak in English, but it never happened.)

The remote control has been taken back by our services.

The TV service was stopped fairly recently, and the revised invoice will arrive shortly.

An email with the contractual summary has been sent.

Have you checked for spam and junk mail?

For your information, this is available on your myVOO space.

Thank you for your kind reply always.

In the e-mail which I received from Voo, they sent the new contract by post and they asked me to sign and send it back to Voo.

Therefore, I am not sure that the contract was provided by e-mail.

Although I've checked the folder if spam and junk, I didn't find it, unfortunately.

If possible, could you please arrange to re-send it?

Your myVOO customer space is up to date. In the "Subscription" section: you can access the contractual summary. You can also access your contracts in the document section. I remain available if needed.

Hello, I assume that you mentioned the contract which was issued on 28th of May 2023.

However, the contract was to increase the mobile data (5GB --> 15 GB), so it was not related to the cancelation of TV box.

Therefore, the existing contract is still for TRIO (not DUO)....

It takes time to be updated?

I will check it again later.

Indeed, this summary of always includes the decoder.

This should be updated soon.

In the meantime, I sent a request to send a contract to the department concerned.
