CANCELLING VOO Mobile

I have been trying to cancel my VOO MOBILE subscription for two months now. I have tried calling the hotline and no one ever picks up. I have sent several emails to the billing and administrative departments but I am still getting bills. I want to cancel this service now! How do I get someone to act

Hello @Mcsandi , I don't see any issue on the network, only your modem is down.   If the modem is lit, then I'll ask you to check the coax cable that goes from the modem to a device on the wall, that device should have a green led lit.

Hello, You cannot do the installation by yourself. A technician from Voo will come with the needed materials ( including the modem ) to do the installation.
