Customer service in English?
Hi, i wanted to cut my service with voo but instead their increased my cost. I have called them several times to ask question but they don’t seem to have anyone working there who can speak English. Could someone help me on what do i need to do to cancel the service? Many thanks for any help!

If there is no option to select English in a basic menu in the beginning of the call, just ask the person you will be connected with, I'm sure that he will redirect you to a person who is able to speak English 😊

Could we please get the option of original comments or commentators in English? Or the option to change language? As I watch UFC for 5 years on Telenet, since 1st of January it moved to VOO sports, and they only speak French.... and I don't.... And they keep talking the full length of every show....

Hello again arsauv. I went back to my setting and the subtitles were in French. I've changed them to English and it works! Many many thanks..... and well done.

Hello To terminate a service, it is only this number : 04/266 41 14, not possible by e-mail I think that some people in this service can also speak English if needed.

Hello, Did you choose in Settings, Language ENGLISH and subtitles ACTIVATED ? It could be the solution but I'm not totally sure. Good week-end you.
