CANCELLATION of my VOO television and mobile subscription

Hello,

I have modified my VOO contract last month, which i just remain the Internet only. However, in my VOO subscription, VOO television and mobille are still there. Could you please help me cancel all of them?

First of all, I have removed your customer number and phone number from your post.

You are on a public forum. This information is private and personal. This information can be used for malicious purposes.

 

If you wish to cancel your mobile phone and TV subscription, you should contact my colleagues in the customer satisfaction department on 04/2664114.
My colleagues can be reached from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6 pm.

To terminate a service, it is only this number : 04/266 41 14,

not possible by e-mail 
I think that some people in this service can also speak English if needed.
