URGENT- Close internet connection
Hello Team, I m in urgent need to close internet connection as i will be leaving the country by end of this month. Called on voo customer care but no response or either they don’t speak English. They never called back as well.
Kindly assist.

Thanks for the response and i did call them
multiple times but it’s long waiting time and once they picked after 30 mins wait, but the person on the other side did not speak English and took my no and promised to give a call back by someone who could talk in English, but it did not happen.

Hi,
Fastest way is to ask a friend or a colleague who speaks French to call them.
Btw, English is not an official language in Belgium.
