The colleague you spoke to on the phone on 29.07 has indeed requested for an English-speaking person to contact you again. This may sometimes take several days, but don't worry, you will be contacted again at the mobile number provided on your client file.

should i go to Voo showroom if they speak English? I want to cancel by subscription by 15th Aug as I am moving out of the country. I can not wait for your delay in calling me back for English support. Please let me know.

VOO boutiques do not handle cancellations. I understand your situation, but you will be contacted well before your departure.
If you no longer wish to wait, I invite you to call with someone in your circle who speaks French.
