Hi, Normaly, you must call the 04 266 41 14, it's the only way to cancel a subscribtion, you must try several times to reach one person who can speek english.. Maybe, one official voo can help you but it's not garanted.

VOO Internet Cancellation Request

Good morning, I am trying to terminate my VOO internet service however, I am unable to reach anyone that can assist in English. I'd like it cancelled immediately and to know where I can bring my equipment. My customer number should be annotated in my profile. Any assistance is appreciated.

Hi, If you don't have it done yet, please note your customer number in your forum profile. Indeed for canceling a subscription you need to contact the 04 266 41 14 (the only way to do it), but maybe a voo official will check the situation. S

Hi @denis_rossi,The two first things you can do are:check the signal levels on the web interface of your modem. There’s a step-by-step guide in French, but the menus are the same if your modem has been set in English. Don’t hesitate to post a screens
