Cannot Sign in to myvoo
My wife has an account, and every time we try and sign up to myvoo portal - it says "activation code sent to <email>" - however we never receive the email to activate the account. We try the password reset form, but that still doesn't work. I have tried calling but customer service is only in French and we cannot get passed the menu. We speak English and Dutch - why is Dutch customer service not offered?! Please can someone contact me? (We inherited the contract from previous owners, and happy to keep the internet package but our TV is not working and also need to contact tech support, but again, cannot do this without portal login).

Hi,
There is no dutch support because voo is not distributed in the dutch région.
If you have problem to speak in french, you can contact the support on social networks

well i live in brussels and brussels has been officially bilingual in French and Dutch since 1989...
I dont use social networks.
any other suggestions?

Would you know someone who is bilingual English/French or Dutch/French and could assist you when calling tech support ?
Shouldn't be difficult to find in Brussels.

You can call 078/50.50.50 and ask to speak to someone who speaks English.

@Kevin H - i cannot negotiate the automated menu because its all in French, i have tried 3 times, perhaps you can tell me what numbers to press to get to a person?
