When and where should I return the modem?

I had called the number of 04/2664114 to cancel my subscription from 14/02/2023 on 13/02/2023. The VOO staff also called me back to confirm my cancellation. When and where should I return the modem to VOO because I didn't receive the email or information from VOO?

Service return after 21h. It's sad that no warning was given and no other information on time of waiting. And we are paying for this service.

NO INTERNET AT HOME AGAIN

This was in October/November 2018. I don't remember getting a proof document, but i remember the shop that i went to the shop in Chau. d'Ixelles 36, 1050 Ixelles to return it!

Hi, The only way to cancel your subscription is to call the phone number 04 266 41 14. Then you need to return your material, they will explain to you where and when.

Internet Connection NOT WORKING

MY VOO internet is not working since a week and I have been trying to reach the customer care but no response provided. I feel the service provided by VOO is PATHETIC and does not meet the customer demands at all. There is no call back or a response on the multiple contact forms posted repeatedly.
