Cancellation of my VOO Internet contract

Hello ,

I'm a VOO customer.

I m leaving Belgium permanently on 5th October 2024.

I would like to cancel the internet subscription from October 5, 2024

Please confirm acceptance of my Internet subscription cancellation request.

Do let me know if anything required from my side.

Hello Caroline,

Thank you for your response. I am currently waiting for an e-mail with instructions on when and where to return the router with a VOO label.

Additionally, could you please let me know when I will receive my final invoice for the period from October 1st to October 4th?

The e-mail with the return label will be sent to you on 06/10, the day after cancellation. Concerning the invoice, you will receive a first document around 12/10, for the whole month of October, and the correction will be issued around 12/11.

Okay, I understand about the invoicing.

For my information, could you please tell me the address for returning the router with a label? Will it be the nearest Bpost location?

I will not be in Belgium from October 5th. I was hoping to complete the router return formalities smoothly before my departure.

It is not possible to return the package yourself; you will need to use the label that is sent to you with the tracking code related to your file. If you do not have the option to return the equipment yourself, do you have the option to ask a relative (friend, family, neighbor,...) to take care of it for you?  You just need to put the label on the box containing the equipment and drop it off at the bpost point of your choice.

Thats great if it is the nearest bpost point. I can ask my friend to return the equipment on my behalf. 

Bpost point near me - Chau. de Haecht 1031J, 1140 Evere.

He can choose the Bpost point to drop off the packages. Only the return address will be present on the label.

It is even possible to drop it off via the Bpost parcel machines.

 

The only thing is that he must keep the proof of the material drop-off.
