Cancellation of my mobile subscription

Hello,I cannot cancel my mobile subscription by using myVoo and the contact form throws ERROR 500 all the time. Please contact me via my email address as I am no more in Belgium.

Hi @Ladbell , Don't panic, they have implemented some changes in myVOO and the bill will appear at some stage. Just to give an example, mine appeared on the 18th of December instead of the usual 8th or 9th of the month.

Customer service in English?
