Hello @jagadeesh001, You mentioned your Customer number in public, I edited it for the safety of your private information. As @theo2007 said : the only way to cancel a product/a contract is to call the cancelation service (04/266.41.14).

Hi @Gilles N He said that he have call the right number and ask for cancelation his subscription yet. He said also that his customer number is in his profile, can't you not just look in his files if there is trace of this cancelation ?
