Bill problem for 10GB mobile plan subscription

Hi, I have a 10GB mobile plan subscription. I started to use 10GB mobile plan from 01.10.2023. Normally this tariff fee is 18 Euros but I have a 6,5 Euro discount for every mont for this tariff. I must pay 11.50 Euros. But you calculated the reduction wrongly and charged 15.48 Euros. I have not pay

Hi Marie S , I just received the bill for the new month today. Even though it is mentioned in the bill that I still have the -10 eur reduction, it is not deducted from the amount to pay which is in full price (48.94 euros). Would you mind helping me

Hi, i wanted to cut my service with voo but instead their increased my cost. I have called them several times to ask question but they don’t seem to have anyone working there who can speak English. Could someone help me on what do i need to do to cancel the service? Many thanks for any help!
