return of modem

Hi Madam/Sir,

my subscription has been terminated on Nov 30, but I have not received any email or post mail with the required information of returning the modem,

could you please send me the letter with the required return information?

such that I could return the modem by bpost.

I just sent you the mail. With it, you can directly go to one of our shop to bring the modem back.

 

You can show the mail, but you prefer to have a letter, just ask me and I will send it by post 😊

Hi,

Have you checked your unwanted emails - spam ?

To allow the official to send you this mail again don't forget to put your customer number in your forum profile, you can also putt in the same place your E-mal adress in case they are a wrong adress.

I have been checking all my emails and also my postbox everyday since Nov 30 (when the subscription was terminated), but I have not received anything from VOO yet,

Also I've already put my customer number and email address in my forum profile.

Could you please help ask the official to send me the mail again?
