New Gigamax Client - Issue with upload
Hello everyone,
I connected today as a Gigamax client in Ixelles.
After checking with Speedtest, my upload is constantly stuck on 0.1Mbps upload.
As I don’t have an Ethernet cable available to test from the router (Technicolor), is this something that takes time to get fixed or should I report it as an issue to Voo?
0.1mbps is totally not acceptable for upload.

You made this speedtest with a wifi connection, if i have good understand ?
It's impossible to know if there is a limitation with your wifi or the line.

Hello Marcs,
Yes you understand correctly, the image uploaded above is based on wifi connection at 5GHZ.
I found an ethernet cable just now, the download speed continues to be ok, however upload is stuck to 0.148mbit/sec.
I used the following site to check my speed from VOO:
https://www.nperf.com/fr/
I notice that jitter reported is high, ranging from 200ms-600ms, latency seems ok 28-32ms.

Hello
This requires viewing modem signal levels first …
May be a network outage … an optic node problem or other similar problem in your neighbourhood, probably …

Hello
@Marcs was right !
Without going into details, the problem is that the signal is completely rotten ...
many parameters are very negative and out of tolerance , this will again require the passage of a technician.

Thank you for your reply roylion15.
In order to ask for a technician appointment, this can be arranged through calling the customer service or there is a way to do it from any moderator in this forum?

You can call, it’ll probably be faster.
There are not many officials on Saturdays and they are off on Sundays
but it’s too late for today , call tomorrow morning from 9 AM.

Hello @Gataros ,
I see that you have contacted the technical department and have obtained an appointment.
I therefore close this request and remain available if needed.
Have a nice day,
