Moving out / Need to Cancel Internet Contract
Hello, I am trying to contact voo to cancel but am going round in circles. My account is 00XXXXXXXX and Cancellation date is 080224 (8 February 2024).
Please help.

You tried to contact voo at witch number ?
To cancel a subscription, you need to call the 04/266 41 14.
It's not sure that you can reach somebody who speek english the first time so you need maybe to try again.
If not yet done, lease putt your customer number voo in your profil, some occicials voo mays (maybe) give you more information if needed.

As explained by @Marcs , if you want to cancel your contract, you must contact the direct number 04/266.41.14, which is the department that handles cancellations.
Please let me know if you have any problems reaching the number or finding an English-speaking member of staff.
