Moving out: how to transfer the internet contract to the new locataire?
hello
I rented a flat and had a contract for internet with voo.
On the 31st of jan 2022, I am moving out. The new tenant (new locataire) wants to take my contract and continue the subscription.
1.What document do I need to fill-in?
2. what all documents required from new tenant e.g. identity, rent agreement
3. Is it possible to do it online?

But i think the best for both is that you cancel your subscription and that the new tenant ask a new subscription.

As of now my internet services will be terminated on 27 Jan.
A new tenant yet to complete their formalities, and after that transfer of services can be initiated if needed.
Do you need rent contract of new tenant for transfer of internet services?

- Make an assignment of contract, you will find the procedure to follow in the link below:

- Wait for the termination of your contract and make a new one for the new tenant, in this case, he must contact us.
